Raspberry Chia Jam
ingredients
2 cups frozen raspberries
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp brown sugar (optional, depends how sour your berries are)
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook frozen raspberries in a medium saucepan over medium heat until defrosted.
Add chia seeds and brown sugar if using. Stir
Transfer to a mason jar or container to cool. The jam will be quite thin, but don’t worry! It will thicken as it cools.
Allow to cool for a minimum of 10 minutes before enjoying.
YUM!
