Raspberry Chia Jam

ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen raspberries

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tsp brown sugar (optional, depends how sour your berries are)

 
 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook frozen raspberries in a medium saucepan over medium heat until defrosted.

  2. Add chia seeds and brown sugar if using. Stir

  3. Transfer to a mason jar or container to cool. The jam will be quite thin, but don’t worry! It will thicken as it cools.

  4. Allow to cool for a minimum of 10 minutes before enjoying.

  5. YUM!

    ☆ keep jam in the fridge for up to 1 week.
