Follow Up - $85/45 minS
Track your goals & progress, determine your health outcomes & receive support from your dietitian. Set new goals along your journey to optimal health. Available only after initial assessment has been completed.
grocery shop - $200/90 mins
Take your dietitian to the grocery store with you! After an initial assessment, I can help you create a shopping list, plan meals, build a budget, read labels & so much more - all right where you shop. Ask questions, make substitutions & learn how to make your list more nutritious. This service includes 30 minutes of preparation & 1 hour in the store, booked separately following an initial assessment. Can be done virtually upon request.
