Tahini Roasted Cauliflower
ingredients
head of cauliflower, broken into florets
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup warm water
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic, pressed
S+P to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 425.
Toss cauliflower florets in olive oil and 2 tsp salt. Transfer to lined baking sheet.
Bake for 30-40 min, flipping half way through.
Meanwhile, make your tahini sauce by combining remaining ingredients.
Pour tahini sauce over roasted cauliflower.
